Refund and cancellation policy

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription anytime from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancellation is not the same as a refund — no money is returned automatically on cancellation.

Refunds

Refunds are considered case by case and are admin-approved. If you believe you're owed a refund — for example a duplicate charge or a billing error — email somtirthasarkar10@gmail.com with your account email and the charge details. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

What isn't refundable

Time already used on a plan, and AI usage already consumed (résumé analyses, matches, tailored documents), are generally non-refundable.

How long it takes

Once approved, refunds are issued to the gateway promptly; your bank may take a few business days to post it.
